Conveniently situated near Bernabéu stadium, the hotel provided a pleasant stay for our family with three kids. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast buffet, featuring delicious marmalade, was a highlight. However, the toilet had a sliding door that didn’t fully close, and there was no daily sheet change during our six-night stay, which was disappointing. Additionally, while parking outside was free during certain hours, the hotel's parking fee seemed excessive compared to that.

I had a really nice stay with my family, enjoying the spacious room and delicious breakfast options that included fresh fruits and pastries. The location was perfect for visiting Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, which was just a short walk away, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. However, I wish the toilet sink was a bit more private, as it was located inside the main room, making it inconvenient at times.

We stayed for 8 nights and truly enjoyed our experience. The location, near Santiago Bernabeu, was perfect for sightseeing. The spacious Superior King Room accommodated us comfortably. Quick responses from staff and nearby dining options made our stay delightful. Bring your own device for faster internet!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, as the hotel offers easy access to incredible landmarks like the Plaza de Lima just a 500-meter stroll away and the beautiful Parque de El Retiro that’s not far from the bustling streets of the city, making it the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. plus, the staff at the hotel truly delivered service excellence throughout my stay with their warm hospitality and the delicious breakfast menu that included everything from eggs and bacon to amazing smoothies.
